Acinetobacter anitratus , Acinetobacter calcoaceticus , Actinomyces odontolyticus , Aeromonas hydrophila , Bacteroides distasonis , Bacteroides uniformis , and Clostridium perfringens are generally susceptible to imipenem, while Acinetobacter baumannii , some Acinetobacter spp., Bacteroides fragilis , and Enterococcus faecalis have developed resistance to imipenem to varying degrees.
